Now, we’re looking for two experienced medical recruiters to join our team and take that mission even further.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead your own portfolio of doctors and clients within a defined medical specialty — helping to place skilled doctors into critical roles across Australia. You’ll foster long-term relationships with doctors and health services alike, earning trust by consistently delivering meaningful opportunities and outstanding service.
One of these positions will focus on high-volume locum recruitment; the other will lead bespoke permanent and retained projects. In both, you’ll be supported by our Sales Director, credentialing team, and high-performing recruitment peers.
We’ll provide you with everything you need to succeed — including an established presence in the market, warm doctor and client relationships, and tools that allow you to work flexibly and effectively.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone who:
Has prior experience in medical recruitment (this is essential)
Communicates with warmth, clarity, and confidence — both in writing and on the phone
Is committed to high standards and thrives on delivering real value to clients and candidates
Understands how to grow a desk from zero billings with energy, care and focus
Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team
Is excited by the opportunity to help solve Australia’s regional doctor shortage
