The Position
- Role: Rural Generalist or Emergency Medicine SMO
- Scope: Emergency and ward coverage
- Roster: Flexible within the contract dates
- Caseload: Low complexity, low pressure
- Support: Experienced nursing and admin team
- Overtime: Paid for any hours worked beyond 12 in a single shift

- Start: ASAP
- Finish: 24 August 2025
- Block: Full availability preferred; shorter stints considered

- Daily Rate: Competitive and based on experience
- Overtime: Paid beyond 12 hours per shift
- Travel: Return economy airfare to/from Brisbane
- Accommodation and Vehicle:
- Up to $180/day reimbursed (with original receipts)
- Use a hire car (fuel not included) or your own vehicle at $0.85/km (within the $180 cap)
- Prescript Concierge Support: Full onboarding, credentialing, travel, and ongoing placement support

What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA Registration (General or Specialist)
- Fellowship (FRACGP or FACRRM) or suitable ED credentialing
- ALS2
- Confidence in solo on-call settings
- Prior rural or ED experience preferred
