Rural Generalist Locums – South Australia (July–October 2025)

$2,400–$2,800/day | 20+ Rural Locations | Concierge-Level Support Included

Looking for a locum that offers more than just a great daily rate? At Prescript, we connect doctors with rural and remote placements where your work truly matters — to patients, communities, and the future of healthcare access.

We’re partnering with RDWA-supported health services across South Australia to place Rural Generalists into high-priority GP + ED locum roles from July through October 2025. Whether you’re procedural or non-procedural, new to locum work or a seasoned rural clinician, this is an opportunity to tailor your schedule, choose your setting, and be backed by concierge-level support from start to finish.

The Position

You’ll provide GP clinic care with ED on-call, supported by local teams and health services that understand the value of visiting doctors. On-call is typically shared (1:3 or 1:4), with some solo ED sites for experienced GPs. Many sites offer procedural opportunities in Anaesthetics and Obstetrics.

Standard block options:
• Sunday 12pm – Saturday 12pm (6 days)
• Monday 8am – Saturday 8am (5 days)

We’ll work with your availability to create a plan that fits.
